Staff was very accommodating, easily providing ground floor access for convenience. Free Wi-Fi worked well. The nearby dining options were really handy for meals.

Had a lovely stay here for a family wedding and really enjoyed the spacious room with a fantastic shower that actually had great pressure! The relaxing atmosphere by the pool and the cozy lounge were just what we needed after a busy day. I did notice some corners in the room weren't perfectly clean, but it didn't overshadow our trip at all. 😊

The ladies at the desk around 10pm are absolutely brilliant I was greeted with a smile and fast check in which is what you need after a long day the room was surprisingly clean and tidy too

The arrival process was smooth thanks to the friendly staff. The location was convenient, being just off the motorway, which made our travel easy.

The comfort level of the bed was underwhelming.

Staying with my mum and kids was made easier by the ample space in our room. The peaceful time we shared at Bearsted Golf Club was indeed a highlight, and being close to Mote Park added some cheerful outdoor fun.

My children wanted better soundproofing in the room to minimize noise from the traffic and neighbors. It would greatly enhance the experience for families.

The room was big enough and comfy, but it definitely had a musty smell and the bathroom wasn't clean, which was pretty gross. The check-in staff were super friendly though! There was a nice picnic area outside, so that was cool for a quick snack. Just wished it was quieter at night.
